Aluminium-free, and formulated with breast health in mind, the deodorant is designed to care for delicate underarm skin and the intricate network of tissue that lies just beneath the surface.
“I wanted a deodorant safe enough for my daughter, for me, for pregnant women, for anyone navigating hormonal change,” said Karolin. “At the same time, it had to be beautiful enough to take its place on a Karolin Van Loon dressing table, making daily personal care as thoughtful as selecting a stone.”
A natural antiperspirant complex of horsetail, sage, and summer snowflake extract reduces perspiration by up to 28% over 24 hours, without blocking pores or disturbing the underarm microbiome. From pilates to the office, lunch, school pick-up, apéro, and dinner – the Karolin Van Loon deodorant maintains freshness while being small enough to slip into a bag for reapplication.
Three scents extend Karolin's world of minerals, nature and precious stones: the solar brightness of Citrine, with its grapefruit, bergamot and dry base of vetiver and cedarwood; the complex warmth of Quartz, where neroli and jasmine lift a heart of sandalwood, leather and vanilla; and Surf, tropical and light, kiwi and passion fruit blooming into freesia and orange blossom before settling into amber and sandalwood.

Our deodorant contains 3% fragrance to create a pleasant scent. As with any fragranced cosmetic, very sensitive or reactive skin may experience irritation.
The formula contains no ethanol or denatured alcohol. Arachidyl Alcohol and Behenyl Alcohol are fatty alcohols that help care for the skin and stabilise the formula. All fragrance allergens are correctly declared in the INCI.
Does it kill bacteria?
No, and that’s intentional. Instead of killing bacteria, our deodorant is designed to support the skin’s natural microbiome.
Ingredients such as Alpha-glucan Oligosaccharide, Lactobacillus and Polymnia Sonchifolia Root Juice help support the natural skin flora and control unwanted odour.
What replaces aluminium?
Our deodorant contains no conventional aluminium salts. Bambusa Arundinacea Stem Powder helps absorb excess moisture, while botanical ingredients such as Horsetail and Summer Snowflake Extracts are part of our perspiration-regulating complex.
The result is effective odour control, moisture absorption and perspiration regulation without aluminium.
