My jewelry is made to be worn and to live your life with you.
To preserve its beauty, we recommend avoiding contact with cosmetics and perfumes, removing your jewelry before sleeping or showering, and avoiding contact with salt sea water.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability and acceptance.
Some items are handmade or produced in limited quantities and may not always be available.

We strive to keep our stock information accurate; however, discrepancies may occur.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, you will be informed within 72 hours.

KAROLIN STUDIO BVBA reserves the right to modify or remove products or website content at any time without prior notice.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, excluding delivery costs.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount.

Prices may be changed at any time; however, orders are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of confirmation.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request reconfirmation at the correct price.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Viva Wallet, or other methods displayed on the website.
All payments are secured via SSL encryption.

For orders exceeding €10,000, payment by bank transfer may be required.

ORDERING

Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 or older.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order is accepted only once your items have been dispatched.

Please check your order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Bpost, DPD or UPS.
During transport, items remain insured by KAROLIN STUDIO BVBA.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
Deliveries require a signature from an adult (18+).
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or CEDEX addresses.

Orders are shipped from Tuesday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to KAROLIN STUDIO BVBA.

Upon receipt, please inspect your parcel carefully and report any damage or irregularities immediately to studio@karolin.be.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery and transport costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total amount of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance.

KAROLIN STUDIO BVBA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination and the items ordered.
Estimated delivery time is generally under 15 days.

Unforeseen delays may occur and are beyond our control.

If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be informed and refunded within 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting studio@karolin.be or +32 474 25 71 23.

After this period, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Jewelry items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with the safety tag intact.

Beauty products and cosmetics are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Custom-made items, resized rings, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact studio@karolin.be within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.

DEFECTS & DAMAGES

If an item is delivered damaged or incorrect due to our fault, a replacement or refund will be issued upon request.

Damaged parcels should not be accepted.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please photograph the item immediately and contact us within 3 days.

LEGAL NOTICE

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

PRIVACY & COOKIES

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Belgian and EU legislation.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

RING SIZING & RESIZING

All rings use standard European sizing.
Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that resizing may not always be possible and may require additional production time.
Resized rings are considered custom-made and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
